Hi, I’m Amy Hiett.
I spent 24 years as a member of the leadership team at The Table Group, where I served as co-founder and general manager, consulting with hundreds of senior executives across start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and family-owned businesses.
Today, I bring that experience to executive coaching, helping driven leaders manage competing demands, strengthen their influence, and reach their full potential. I bring an empathetic, entrepreneurial perspective to my work, with a particular talent for understanding the people, dynamics, and possibilities behind a leadership challenge.
I hold a master's degree in counseling from St. Mary's College of California and am an ACC-credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation.

For individual leaders ready to grow their impact: Together, we explore the habits, values, and priorities that shape how you lead, and identify practical changes that help you manage competing demands, handle stress and change, and show up as the leader you want to be. Coaching offers a confidential space to think through hard decisions, build new capabilities, and turn insight into meaningful action.

For leaders and their teams: I help improve communication, strengthen alignment, work through difficult conversations, and build more effective ways of working together. My experience with The Table Group's work on team effectiveness — including The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Advantage — informs how I help teams build trust, embrace healthy conflict, create clarity and commitment, and hold one another accountable, fostering dynamics that support both people and performance.

For leaders who need to work through conflict: When leaders struggle to work effectively together, the impact reaches well beyond the relationship itself. I provide facilitated coaching to help leaders understand the dynamics beneath the conflict, have more productive conversations, and find a path forward — building the clarity, trust, and accountability needed to work together well.
How we can work together
Whether you're stepping into a new leadership role, thinking more intentionally about what's next, or working to build a healthier, more aligned team, coaching can offer the perspective and structure to move forward.
